An 11 year old can use it
My child could not figure out how to use a regular netty pot. This was absolutely no problem for her. She actually likes to use it and it helped her sinuses so much.

Perfect relief
It cleared my sinuses very efficiently, and prevented sinus infection. It was a great relief. I would recommend the product to anyone but I just wish it was cheaper

It leaks between the cap and the bottle no matter how many times I unassemble and reassemble. So it makes a huge mess and you only get half the stuff into your nose. Much better products exist

Use with caution
did not actually help with my congestion. after use my entire face swelled up making me look like a completely different person and took almost a full 48 hours before the side effects went away. will not use again
