This is my new favorite thermometer. It reads quickly and presents the results in large numbers to they are easy to see. Plus the display lights up to illuminate the results and make it even easier to read regardless of how dim the lighting is. This is super nice for taking a child's temperature at night where you don't want to turn lots of lights on but you do need to get results fast. Thus far I haven't had anyone have a fever with it and so have just gotten the 'green' light but I do like the green/yellow/red lighting function. Takes guesswork out of reading temperatures, especially when you're tired and everyone is cranky.

This digital thermometer is a convenient, easy to use device. I used the oral format on multiple occasions when experiencing a sinus infection. Once the device is on, I selected the oral option from shown on a human figure drawing, and took my temperature. The device indicated when the reading was complete and gave the temperature. I have checked the temperature reading for accuracy by taking my temperature with a standard thermometer. I recommend this thermometer for home use.

This works just fine. But consider it a disposable. For once the battery dies it is sort of costly to replace it. I can't find just one battery. I am forced to buy many. Batteries last a long time. For how often do I need to take my temperature? Batteries have a life span when not in use. To buy multiple will mean that by the time I need a new battery the next would either be weak or dead. Then the battery after that would most certainly be dead. So, as long as you consider this a disposable, you will be fine. It beeps and lights when it completes the read of your temperature. It stores the last temperature taken.

I have a 3 1/2 year-old granddaughter that REALLY fights having her temperature taken rectally now. She can put a digital thermometer under her tongue and hold it in place for a short time, but a very short time. I've had her during the day this week because she's sick and cannot go to daycare. My old thermometer was literally taking forever to get a temperature reading and she just did not have the patience for that. This new super quick thermometer has been a godsend for us. It accurately measures her temperature in just second versus minutes. Highly recommend..

Super handy when you just need a quick answer! Easy to use for the most part. It does seem to be sensitive to waiting to for the display to finishing showing the last reading or it may not begin to read if it's in the mouth already.

This is a whole new experience in monitoring your temperature. We will be ordering more. Very Fast, Easy to use, and to read: In seconds it lights up in color [red/yellow/green] and has a large numeric result also. I have only tested oral.

I test the temperature reading by comparing the reading to another thermometer. It is Accurate and registers the results quick. It does come with a battery that is already installed. I highly recommend.

This is the most useless thermometer I've ever used. If there is a fever, this thermometer doesn't display the actual temperature. It just shows red and says "hi". Yeah, I already know that part. I can feel the fever, that's why I'm trying to temp it. But what is the degree?? It's medically important to know the degree of the fever!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This product keeps showing low battery even though we already tried changing to a new battery. We tried to return it, and because we already recycled the packaging, they will not accept it. DO NOT BUY. Product does not work properly. It's a waste of money.

This thermometer is not accurate. It reads too high and wrong. It reads that you have a fever when you do not.
