A few days later, I was struggling and I tried it. Unfortunately it did not work at all for me and I was up all night and barely slept a wink

I tried the Sleep Aid it was really hard for me to tell any difference in my quality of sleep that night. I will definitely try the product in the future if I experience sleep issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I understand that some people need sleeping aids to be able to sleep. I honestly feel like I am not one of those people. It worked but it wasn't much different from my normal routine of taking a shower before bed.

Unfortunately for whatever reason they didn't really help me get any more sleep than my usual night time routine. I think I'll stick to my typical routine. But who knows, maybe it will work better on someone else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally take 2 Benadryl to go to sleep and this was cleared by my allergist. I skipped the Benadryl and tried this one night and had a hard time getting to sleep and woke a couple of times through the night.

In fact there have been nights where I took this product and it made it more difficult to sleep. This is the second time I have gotten a sample of this and one time had absolutely no effect on me and the other time it actually seemed to make sleeping more difficult.

I guess I just need a product that is stronger. ZzzQuil at first made me tired but then it was like my body adjusted and it did not seem to make me tired anymore. Hard to say if I would recommend this product to a friend or not. For a person that has a high tolerance to medication I would say that it is not worth it to me. Lavender oil in my diffuser does just the same.

I feel strongly that once you're taking medication of this type it will confuse the normal sleeping pattern you once had, therefore I will not use them at all.
