I am remaining neutral on product, as I don't think one night was long enough to judge results of sleep aid. I will say I was stressed, and needed a good nights rest. . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that ZZZQUIL NIGHTTIME SLEEP-AID did help me fall asleep faster but not as quick as I would like it to. But then it may just be me though as nothing really seems to help me fall asleep real fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't really sure what this product was supposed to do. I felt like I fell asleep about as quickly as I usually did. I slept slightly more heavy but I was not looking for deeper sleep and worried in the morning what I may have slept through during the night. Overall I think the ZzzQuil product line and specifically the Nighttime Sleep-Aid product is a good idea but doesn't really deliver strong enough results for what it claims to do.

I sleep fairly decent anyways, but there are times I wake up feeling tired. I didn't feel any different than usual. If I had sleeping problems I'm sure this would probably help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had insomnia since I was a kid. I'm not currently taking any prescription medication, so I figured I'd try the ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid. Might as well be a sugar pill, absolutely no change!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an insomniac, so I judge sleeping products pretty harshly. I took ZzzQuil in hopes it would help me fall asleep quickly as well as stay asleep through the night. It didn't. I was still up for 3.5 hours after paying down in bed trying to fall asleep, then woke up about 20 min after calling asleep, and thereon after throughout the night. I will not be using it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does for sure work, it makes me very sleepy, however recent studies have linked its frequent use to Parkinson's disease, so i definitely want to avoid it. I'd recommend getting some good Sleepytime tea with valerian root instead - it is about as effective and not linked to dementia.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid pills instead of my current sleep aid. These pills did not help at all. I did not get a restful nights rest and I woke up groggy. Not something I will try again.
