This is the best melatonin. The taste is really good and the gummies are easy to chew. I fall asleep easy and relatively fast. I have not experienced any residual drowsiness the next day and have been taking this particular strength of melatonin for several months now. It has helped me get to sleep and stay asleep, something that I had struggled with for years. A great find!

I have sleep problems. Dr. had me on Ambien. After a while, the Ambien sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. It's a prescription but I'd still be awake 2 hrs. later. I tried this, followed the directions and I'm asleep in no time. If I need a script, I'll take a script - some things you need for your health. I'm not big on holistic nor natural things nor would I take them for my medical issues. The dr. usually knows best. These worked for me. I told the dr. who was actually happy that I was off the Ambien. I don't wake up groggy. It says to take 2 about 30 minutes before bed. If I've been a lazy daisy, I'll take 2. If I've been busy and know I'm tired, I take one.

I take just one of these 6 mg gummies to have a refreshing night's sleep with no bad dreams and no droggy feeling the next day. These have been a positive impact on the quality of my life. Thank you.

Really helps with sleep difficulty

Well i ordered these after reading the reviews i ha e had issues sleeping since my late husband died back in 2005 now in 2022 i still cant sleep so i tried these yesturday night and WOOOWW I had some crazy dreams but slept partially through the night. i gave to my daughter as well and didnt say anything about my crazy dreams and she came to me amd said Mom I had a crazy dream 4 being a nightmare i was like wow. she told me she had a dream of a terrible car crash and the next day 6 people were killed in a car crash in Los Angeles. i had a crazy dream that there was a half goat half girl half cow and everyone was drinking some sory of beverage from this creature and i took her and freed her. um ya that was weired.

Horrible aftertaste. Helped a little with sleep the first couple of times, but back to 2-3 h of hours of sleep again.

Pure Zzzs does not work. Did not help with sleep. Has an odd taste. Walmart is a good place to buy products online. Walmart is dependable though. Prompt delivery.

Good flavor just extremely sweet!! Not for diabetics. I felt like I was eating on 2 lumps of sugar. They work just too sweet for me
