This is my third order of this Vicksson berberine. If you are concerned about your health you must control your insulin spikes, and berberine is an effective tool. Limit your refined carbs, get moving a bit, and take berberine. I'm a bit of a supplement guru..in that I have over 23 years of research and application. What you must realize is that supplements are not like drugs that give immediate short term results, often with multiple side effects. The value of supplementation is not what you feel, but what you won't feel later!

The Jury is still out because we have only taken it twice and wanting to C if the longer term effects and or reactions will be an overall improvement in brain functions as described and hoped for.My wife is going through short term memory loss and has mixed up facts from the past while incorporating some dreams or things that she thinks actually happened already but were really just thoughts or dreaming incidents.It is very confusing for all of us and we hope this product will correct or improve the issue

Texture and taste make the price got little easier. I have tried several different cranberry gummies and I always seem to go back to these. The flavor is better and the other chews were a sticky gummy. I've always been told "you get what you pay for" and in this case it's true.
