Safe to use with kids and pets
Used peanut butter and placed them along the wall back to back. Killed mice the first night I put them out. Then things slowed down. So I replaced the bait to keep things fresh. And started to see results once again. Great to use in the house. The mess is contained, and no threats to kids or pets. check out YouTube ( clean kill mouse trap). This will help you place the the traps correctly. As for a in closed trap these are some of the best that I have used. Cheap and reusable. Also the smallest in closed I've ever seen on the market. Great for tight places.

Victor Clean Kill Mouse Trap 2 pack. Best trap
This has to be the best mouse trap I have ever used. This trap is so easy to set my daughter sets them for fun. I love the fact there is no way for the mouse to steal the bait with the rear bait door and this trap is kid and pet friendly. No poison, no glue, no see, no touch, amazing. I currently have no mice thanks to this trap doing its job within 2 days. Caught 3 mice in 2 days. The first 2 mice were caught the first night. Im writing this extended review due to the trap working so well and never had to re-bait once. Good job Victor for once again bringing out the best product available

Love the simplicity and that it's reusable
Great for use indoors. Gone are the days of mouse guts on your floor. This trap sets very easy, and is great for houses with Children and pets.

Like this trap
I like that they are easy to set and you dont see a dead mouse because theyre up inside the trap out of sight. Maybe see the tail and hind legs. Then just toss it out.

Easy to set
Very easy to set. Have not trapped any mice yet but have not seen any since setting these. Further, found them cheaper elsewhere after receiving these.

Horrible
Today I received my traps and was disgusted to see that I received an item that someone ALREADY BROUGHT AND RETURNED IT TO THE SELLER, who then had the NERVE TO SEND ME THE USED

Mice do not go in
It is a rather strange contraption, can be completeky taken apart to clean which is good but mine just ignore it.

Not a single mouse
Didn't catch a single mouse, plus these things are really small i doubt bigger mice will even fit in them

I swear the mice are laughing at this mouse trap.
I bought 8 of these-hubby put out 6 of them using peanut butter as bait. None of the traps have caught even one mouse-the mice just go around these. These are a waste of money.
