Victor Allen's Coffee Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa, 72 Count, Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Pods

I've switched Victor Allen's coffee about 8 yrs ago. You can't get this flavor with any other product. I'd never go to an expensive name brand coffee shop when about 3 pods equal the amount of one cup at the leading coffee shops. I use several of their flavors. This one is addicting.

I am completely obsessed with this cappuccino. I stopped drinking coffee and drink about 4 cups of this a day. I've also tried the white chocolate caramel and I like it, but I always come back to the sweet and salty caramel. I religiously order 2 boxes a month.

I bought this for a party for friends who didn't like "typical" coffee. They were a hit and I've been enjoying one every night for my guilty pleasure.

The aroma and the smooth creamy flavor just blends all together making it a great cup of coffee. its absolutely my favorite.

While this has a great taste, the product doesn't work well in the pods. Sometimes my Keurig wouldn't work right with them %26 sometimes it would be very weak because the mix gummed up in the pod. I learned you had to open the pod after %26 scoop out the rest of the gummed up mix to keep it from tasting too watered down. It's yummy, but should be sold in a container as a dry mix to make your own because it does not work or dissolve right in the pods.

I ordered 72 k-pods and only received 12. Not sure how that happens but it did. I called 1-800-Walmart and was told I couldn't be sent the missing pods. I was directed to return what I received to a local store. Customer Service there couldn't help me because they had no way to return the 12 K-pods I had. I was told to call 1-800-Walmart again to get this taken care of. They said to keep the 12 pods and they would refund my money. That hasn't happened yet and I doubt it will. Very poor service for sure.

I ordered 72 K cups and only received 12. I paid $39.00 for 12 K cups when I should have gotten 72. Walmart said I could not return or get a refund on this item, so I am out the coffee and the money. I will be canceling my account and will not order again with this type of horrible service. As if money isn't tight enough already they cheat you out of product and money, then tell you no refund or return. I am very unhappy

I ordered this twice and both times I only received 1 box instead of 6 !!!! I dont know what the problem is, but it needs fixing!!! The coffee is good, that is not the problem.

for the second time i ordered six boxes and on both deliveries i only one box on each order received credit on first order but have not received credit on the second order and was assured i would receive one NOT YET

This flavored coffee is so bad. I've had better flavored coffee from store brands like Great Value and Target for less money. I will never buy this brand again the coffee flavors are so watered down and just taste terrible. Would not recommend.
