Victor Mole and Gopher Poison Peanuts, 6 oz

The Victor Mole and Gopher poison peanuts are extremely easy to use. They come in a cool little cone shaped tube that allows you to cut the pointy tip off and dip it into the ground or open the lid and drop into the hole. You don't ever have to touch the pellets. There's no terrible smell to deal with afterwards or anything like that. We have been having either moles or gophers destroying our yard and I was tired of it. I just didn't want anything that had a terrible strong smell after applying. Nor did I want anything messy that I may have to touch. I didn't want to go digging to find midway of the tunnel either but this is an option if you choose just by cutting the tip and shoving it in the tunnel. There are way too many tunnels for me to be doing all that. I chose to open the lid and pour pellets into the hole. This application was very easy. I since have not seen any and I will continue to monitor to keep them out of my yard and away from my rose bushes!

I received this product from the Spart Reviewer program. We have a serious problem in my front yard with moles and have tried everyting. I tried these peanuts and it seems to be working well so far. I had a slight bit of trouble figuring out how to use this product, but it was super easy after asking my husband. Plan to buy more if needed this is a great product.

As it turns out i didnt find a gopher hole. But I did find a rodent of some sort. This worked rather well. I punched a hole in the burrow as instructed with the packaging tip. And the pelets went in easy. I did this last week and havent seen anymore issues. We had some rodents that were chewing things up in the gardens. So i thought it was a gopher . I will update if i see any issues but so far so good. I love that shis seems easy use. I was a little intimidated handling poisons. But this product made it really easy. I definitely like Victor products. If these are the solution to rodent issues. Then i'm defintely a repeat buyer.

Good price

This bait is good, I think. I don't know because I don't want to dog up my entire yard to find out if the creatures digging holes in my yard are actually dead. I haven't noticed any new holes in the yard so I am taking that as good news and an indication that the bait worked. The bait comes with a cone shaped bottle that you shove into the hole to slide the bait into their trails and then just wait for the magic to happen.

Worked the first time

The label says "peanuts" and there are no peanuts in it. I was expecting poison peanuts. It's a misnomer.

Didn't need to use it, but I know from the past that it woks!

So this isn't easy to apply, and you must find an active mole trail, which is hit and miss if you have a lot of them like I do. These pellets are put in the active trail , then covered back up, then you wait. I don't see results in the allotted time frame from receiving the product and being required to post a review. So far I'm disappointed in the performance, but maybe a week isn't long enough. I don't think I would recommend this product. Personally I think I will work on the moles food source, grubs, instead of the moles, in the future.
