Why would you buy a regular steel box with a Stainless lid only to have it rust from the bottom up. Lifetime Guarantee also. The side shelves are a little light on construction so don't try to lift the assembled grill by the shelves. Lift it with the box. Very nice grill box. I almost hate to get it dirty.

The website was great to help me determine the best grill for my needs. I had a small issue on a connection part that didn't fit. Customer service was readily available (no Waite) and they went over and above to resolve the parts issue. I've only used the grill once, but everything worked great. I like the grill and I especially like the warrantee that comes with it.

i've had this grill for four years now and it is the best gas grill by far that I have ever owned. steaks, chickens on the rotisserie, burgers, dogs, and even pizza have been done perfectly. I started out with a hibachi as a teenager ( yes, a boomer) and have had many types and brands of grills since. looking for a new grill cover and out of curiosity I read some of the reviews on this grill and so many were negative. i'm guessing that spam has a lot to do with the content. BBQ guys are great and I doubt they would ever provide a product that was so bad. love mine.

It's stainless steel but it thin , tin can ! If you pick it up by the side shelf's it will bend , wish I could send it back , cheap china . One good thing is that it cooks good and even ! Better than my old Weber , and the searing burner works fantastic. Set all 3 burners on low and it maintains a perfect 350F . Even the lid bends when you lift it

I've had this grill for 2 or 3 years...within 6 months it started to not cook evenly and has only gotten worse over time. Way to much to spend for uneven cooking. Also it's very weird how the knob for the infrared on the side is no the one all the way to the right. It confuses anyone who doesn't know how to use the grill.

I've had this grill for 3 years. Like many others, both cooking grates are rusted. I've replaced them once. One of the doors below does not close properly because the construction is so poor that the grill is no longer square. I would continue to use it if I could get parts but obviously they are no longer available. Do not buy this product or use BBQ to purchase a grill.

These grates should definitely be pulled, especially for the sear box. The chrome plating is flaking off! I am no medical expert, but I would think that could be incredibly hazardous... overall the grill isn't horrible but most definitely feels cheap sitting next to my Genesis.

they changed the delivery date 4 times and ended up delivering 5 days late. They literally dumped it at the end of my driveway and I am surprised no one stole it as it sat there for several hours until I got home and saw it there positioned so I couldn't even go up my driveway. I called customer service twice and got hung up on once and zero explanasion as yo why it was delivered so late and no offer to compensate for the inconvenience. I will never order from them again.
