At first I was a bit disappointed about no hepatic feedback with the triggers, no built in mic. Over all the controller fits in my hands better than a factory ps5 controller. Alot of options to customize configurations is epic! Just wish there was other options for programming other than manual or via PC. You have to go online for the manual.

The hardware itself is awesome, my only complaint is the manual in the box is severely lacking in how to information. I. e. mapping the back buttons, how to change the profile, how to start each of the different connection types. Luckily all this info wad located easily on the turtle beach website but I think a physical manual with all that info in the box would be beneficial.

LOVE the fact it has hall effect sticks. You can change the layout of the d-pad, stick height and button configuration from standard to a fight pad. Love that you can program the back buttons on the fly for basic single button mimicing and feels great in the hands. DON'T LOVE that there is no rumble at all, It wont wake my ps5 remotely I have to reach up behind my TV to manually turn it on. And I dont have a PC so if I want to set a back button to do something complex like R1,R1,R1,R2 I need a PC to connect the controller and map it. So 4 stars from me it could be so much better if these 3 features could be included in this over $200 controller. I thought it was buying a top of the line product but honestly the only thing the TIKTOK controllers wont do is the ability to move the button layout and stick swaps and 1/4 the price. I have used turtle beach headsets for over 10 years and was super hopeful for a first time controller purchase but honestly I was underwhelmed after using it sorry 4 stars from me.

This controller is great and very smooth. My only critique for fighting games is if you guys could make separate buttons for the dpads instead of a dpad that has all 4 stuck together like the ds4, would be absolute perfection. Also have an options for no paddles in the back. Otherwise, an amazing controller!

Controller works fine it just has poor build quality the sticks are nice and don't drift but everything else is plastic and breaks easily when being used lightly in normal conditions mine had the D-Pad break after just 3 months of use and whenever I unplug the controller from the console the headset and microphone stop working until I restart the console I haven't been very happy with this purchase because the whole thing just feels cheap and they advertise the nice sticks that don't drift but everything else breaks in only a few months so what is even the point I only bought it because I used to play on PlayStation and I like having the symmetrical sticks and its the only controller that lets you do that

The controller played really smoothly at first and a longer battery charge than the standard PlayStation controllers. But the R2 button gets stuck repeatedly. What's the point of an expensive controller if you can't enjoy it without issues for at least a week?

The 2. 4ghz doesn't work properly, zero to none support for other platforms unless you have a pc to run the program, the Hall effect joysticks have a margin of 12. 3% error which is the same margin as a regular joystick, controller is also small for people with big hands like me, controller feels like hard plastic and cheap, no matter how many influencers you have on social media talking about this controller, I will say the same thing over and over again.

I gifted this for my boyfriend on his birthday because he's had his eyes on it. unfortunately not even 20 days later it was having issues turning on and connecting to the xbox and when we finally got it re set and connected the analog sticks wouldn't respond and random buttons would have troubles as well.

Junk...dont waste your money

Lisa February 10, 2026

The right thumbstick came broke. I ordered it online from Wal-Mart site and when I tried to returned it to Wal-Mart, I was told it was sold by a 3rd party who did NOT allow returns. So now I have to deal with Playstation. DO NOT BUY!!!! Save your money! Also, BECAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING OFF OF WALMART SITE REGARDING 3RD PARTIES AND RETURN OPTIONS!

Right trigger in the mouse setting doesn't always respond. Meaning when I click it, it doesn't shoot or only one bullet will fire when its in full auto.
