This was a gift for a child for his birthday and when he opened it, the screen was broken. It's very wobbly. It won't stay shut. A supervisor told me they would fully refund me and I could keep it and I was planning on using that refund to get it fixed for them. He never said the refund could get denied. He straight up told me I'm getting a refund and I do have a screenshot of those messages. Now I'm getting told they aren't gonna refund it. The only option is for me to send it back, taking it away from the child and said they cant send me a replacement. Which is confusing, considering it still shows available on their website. I was never asking for a full refund. It's the fact that they told me that they were gonna give me a full refund and are now saying they aren't. Mind you they're a trillion dollar company.
