This thermometer is attractive in our garden environment. I was expecting a more sturdy gauge metal. Since placing it outside near a window, two weeks ago, the temperature readings have been very accurate. At this price I am considering purchasing another thermometer for the backyard garden.

The thermometer was beautiful. But it was too small and I did not know that it needed to be stuck in the ground....I live in an apartment with a concrete patio! It was pretty enough to hang on the wall inside.
