Vigo Foods Coconut Ginger Rice, 8 oz Bag, Allergens Not Contained

Very happy to find this! It seems to have disappeared from stores so we were delighted to get a supply with good dating.

This rice taste is outstanding however I believe that the price of the rice is too expensive almost 8 dollars. Maybe Walmart can lower the price.

This rice smells and tastes absolutely amazing. We served it this evening with Hawaiian meatballs and Hawaiian bread and it was a nice combination. I can see it also pairing nicely with simple chicken or fish dishes. I love the smell of plain jasmine rice but this with the added ginger and coconut aromas makes me feel like I am transported to my beloved Thailand. I made it with coconut oil (listed as optional on the instructions).

Oh my goodness! This rice is absolutely delicious!! I served it with a mild chicken curry, which it complimented perfectly. But quite frankly, it's so good that I'd eat it simply as it on its own.

This rice is unique, delicious, and versatile. I used it as a side for asian stir-fry, then the leftovers for Mexican(-ish) fried rice. I'm also going to try it for coconut milk rice pudding.

Id give it 10 stars , its so good. You will love it. I fear it will become so popular when i order it ,it will be out of stock.

I love the flavor and the fact that it is relatively healthy.

DH %26 I have enjoyed this Vigo product, along with the Avocado variety, ever since we discovered it 3 years ago. Now it's nowhere to be found. Such a shame, because it has the best flavor and texture of any rice we've ever served. Goes great with everything! And the ginger and coconut are healthy seasonings as well. Please bring it back!
