The cream is the perfect consistency for allowing a close shave and even coating while still being rich and nourishing. Its formula is enhanced with aloe, witchhazel, niacinamide and more to soften hair fibers and soothe irritation. Indeed, it allows my double-edged razor glides across the skin in the most pleasing and efficient manner. The gorgeous sandalwood scent is sophisticated and a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Scent is wonderful; Fails to lather to my expectations. Very light and thin application.

This one comes out as a good thick texture. The lather is ok one rubbed into the face. I would highly recommend using a brush to lather it on. It is scented but not overpowering. The scent really does smell like a barber shop shave. It did cause some burning when I applied it on my face. Felt had good moisture on my face post shave and was little residue. Did require frequent rinsing of the razor as it got clumped in and made the blade not as effective.
