I take L-lysine because it was one of the supplements listed by the medical medium for vertigo and migraines so I take it also using the protocols of drinking celery juice etc., I got rid of my symptoms months before I accidentally got a diagnosis by the specialist. One of my lysines I received seems like a different formula than usual. I have to open up the capsules to take them and the texture of the powder was different. In addition, I didn't feel any effect from taking my typical amount. Not sure if it is a bad bottle or what. So bummed since lysine is one of the main supplements I need.
