One of my lysines I received seems like a different formula than usual. I have to open up the capsules to take them and the texture of the powder was different. In addition, I didn't feel any effect from taking my typical amount. Not sure if it is a bad bottle or what. So bummed since lysine is one of the main supplements I need.
