Since I've been taking magnesium Glycinate my sleep score has been amazing! It's back in the 80s and 90s. It's also helping me sleep a little deeper and longer. I also haven't had any leg cramps since I started taking these at night time.

This stuff is a game changer for sleep. I take it nightly with a few other supplements but when I miss this one, I notice the difference in my sleep. It just seems to calm me and prepare my body to get a restful nights sleep. I have slept through most nights and I attribute it to the Magnesium.

This is my favorite Magnesium Glycinate. I love the potency. I use it both for helping me sleep at night and for regularity (bowels). I take anywhere from 4-6 pills before bed. More than that and my bowels get too loose. Less than that and I don't sleep as well.

I take one Vimergy Magnesium Glycinate with each meal. If you don't like swallowing capsules, this magnesium dissolves well in water due to the lack of unnecessary additives. Great Product.

I take 2, 20 minutes before bed. My sleep has significantly improved. Sleep deeper and through the night. I will continue to take this. Highly recommend!

This helped me relax enough throughout the day and made falling asleep a little easier. I started out with 1 to test it out and I'm sticking to that for now until I feel comfortable enough to take two.

This magnesium glycinate from Vimergy has been helping me sleep through the night! Prior to taking it I would wake several times at night, or at least feel like I was. Now I sleep through the night! I take it right before bed. It also helps relax my body and muscle twitching. If I take it in the AM it helps relax my body and mind, helping to reduce my anxiety. I won't stop taking this!!

Although it says it gives you energy, it makes me extremely drowsy. So I began taking this at night to help me sleep. And now, I wake up incredibly drowsy. I believe it may be due to me having low blood pressure already. I'm going to try taking it midday to see if that helps.
