DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM WALMART. Arrived damaged with parts missing. No installation manual. Boxes received had other miscellaneous products inside of them. Said they scheduled a pickup for the return of the item when in fact they did not. Customer service/Supervisor/Manager were all no help. Would not offer a refund. 10/10 do not recommend buying from Walmart. Product itself may be good, but honestly never got that far in the process

Still have not received my order,only received a partial order and asked for 4 return labels and only received 3 return labels

didnt even get past the first step it said use this screw to attach these 2 pieces. well we couldnt get the screw to fit in either pieces holes.

I really want to love this gazebo because it is beautiful (at least I think it is). We received it, removed all the pieces from the 4 boxes and started to assemble the gazebo. As we started on the roof, we noticed that some of the pieces were labeled incorrectly (there were 2 stickers on the 1 piece). I then emailed the manufacturer, they will email back at 5 am and then I respond back 2 hours later and no other response for 24-48 hours. Each email asks for 1 piece of information instead of all the information needed at once, which slows down the process even more. I called Walmart to see what they could do to help and they only offered a refund or replacement, but at this point, I have no way to return the many pieces to them and I don't know if the replacement will have the right parts. I was also asked by the manufacturer if we could just use the incorrect pieces. We have already tried this and they are too short. So now I'm at a standstill and for us to try to make a part that will fix, it will cost us another $200 plus. I have been going back and forth with the manufacturer for over a week now and with the weekend coming up again, I know I will not get another response until Monday. So maybe in a couple of weeks I will either have a replacement gazebo or the parts that I need to put up the gazebo then I can update this review.
