it wasn't too hard to install mostly self-explanatory I would advise that you make sure it's the only thing plugged in to the outlet you plug it into because it will trip the breaker or trip your search protector cord is designed only to standalone on a plug so there's that I love all the features of it and I have a really big room that has air drafts that come through it and this thing is keeping it warm so great job to the creators
I like the power of the high setting. Thus unit warms my living room area extremely well. Although the noise level is louder than I'd prefer. I had to install a plug because this unit want fit regular 110..
My home is 1,500 square feet and two units are perfect for my home. I bought the first one and used it during the winter and then purchased another in the spring. I'm very happy with these units.
Unit is very very quite. Putting the brackets on having to pull it out and put back in. Not so good. But over all very quite very cold. Will know about how well it heats in another month.
It is a great unit. The only issue I had was it listed the wrong dimensions on line for the unit. I was putting it in an existing wall and not a window. I cut the hole in the wall too big. Not too big an issue to fix.
I have tried to reach the seller to return the A/C combo window unit because I received the wrong one. I needed a 110 but I received a 220 and cannot use it. It has not been used and still in the box. Please contact me. Thank you
I have been very disappointed with this air conditioner. The fan function is not working properly…it blows the same at each level, no matter if it's high or low. It doesn't cool well either. Currently the temperature outside is 75 degrees and my inside temperature is 80…and I have it set at the lowest cool temperature, which is 61. It will not cool down to that temperature until around 2 or 3 am. By the way, my house is 336 square feet, so there should be no problem for that. I was hoping for better for that kind of money. That's a hit my income couldn't afford, and to have it no cool/blow properly is heartbreaking and extremely disappointing.
shipped by FedEx, I watched them deliver it to my front door, and they were not gentle with the unit. Also, it was a manufacturing defect, the plug was inverted, and an electrician said there was no adapter or any outlet that could fit the plug. So I had to return the unit only to be told by Walmart that it's from a 3rd party seller and could take 31 days for me to get my refund. Avoid ordering from Wal-Mart altogether. This is not my first bad experience with ordering a product from Wal-Mart.com
they will not let you return to walmart after it's been delivered. you have to pay to return it. do not recommend.
took fedex 7 days from my local fedex terminal to get to me and when it did was damaged and unusable.
