I love my unit it works great on air conditioning or the heater
my air gets so cold we have to cover up and heat gets so hot we have to turn it off, only reason i gave a 4 star is because it did not come precharged like it was suppose to
I like that they answered my questions on installation. I also like that they sent instruction video upon request that will aid me with installation when I do it in a few weeks after a vacation
