Vinsetto Executive Massage Office Chair, Heated Computer Desk Chair with Adjustable Height and Footrest, Charcoal Gray

It cost an extra $20 for Alaska shipping, yet still happy with the massage chair. When it arrived about 15 days after I'd ordered it (since it was shipped USPS Ground) the box had come apart, yet thankfully the U.S. Postal Service had re-secured the box and re-bagged several of the screws and assembly hardware. The chair is very soft and comfortable. I'm about 250 pounds and the chair adjusts very well to my weight and stature. I plan on keeping this chair. I wasn't worried about ordering since Wal*Mart has a great return policy. No regrets and wouldn't order anywhere else except from Wal*Mart due to price and guarantees.

This is a great chair EXCEPT the seat is too long. When I sit all the way back in the seat with my calves against the front of the seat my back is still 4 inches from the backrest!!! I'm not short (5'7") but this chair is made for the jolly green giant!! The massage and heat is awesome!!!

The foot rest is flimsy. You can't use the heat without the massage feature. Shipping was seriously dead slow.

like the looks of it. The massager is ok, the seat is NOT comfortable to sit on as a office chair/ normal working hours. You can hear the springs in it when leaning back.

this chair has already broken in only 3 months

Good Morning, I am very disappointed with this purchase. As someone who suffers from back issues, I was excited about this chair because of all the features it advertised to provide comfort and support. Unfortunately, the chair has completely failed. The power functions no longer work properly, the seat is broken, and the footrest has also stopped functioning. I purchased this chair hoping it would help relieve my back pain, but instead it has become unusable. Given the cost and advertised quality, I expected it to last much longer. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
