This is a square shaped piece of fabric...for some reason, it alot of holes the size of small nail holes...not just where the plastic packaging fastened to the cardboard. This does affect the appearance. Not sure ifnI will return...design is great.

First, let me say this is a beautiful tablecloth! It was exactly what I was looking for, almost. I was under the impression that this tablecloth would be longer than what it was. To fit a table that sits 6-8 people to be exact. It no where near fits my table that seats 6 people. It says it's rectangle in shape, but looks more square to me. I was sooo excited when it arrived and a little disappointed when I opened it. I still used it (I didn't want to go through the return process). I simply placed the tablecloth in the center of the table and used woven placemats with navy blue cotton napkins and gold napkin holders. In the end it still worked out, even though I feel a little deceived with the pictures and information posted.

Love the pattern/ design but the plastic tags in the packaging left holes all the way down the tablecloth. Tiny holes but big enough to see my blue tabletop through.
