Vintage Pendulum Chiming Wall Clock - Brown

The clock is a beautiful addition to my formal dining room. The elegance the clock adds to the room is beyond words. The quality of the clock and the grand appearance of the clock are outstanding.

The directions to set up the clock were hard to understand. It keeps time well and looks good up on my wall but the number of chimes doesn't mat h the hour

I got exactly what I expected and got it setup and running.

I love the chime on this clock. At First it is hard to get the chime to match the hour. Forgot this instructions. Here is the easiest way to set it. Move the hands to be at 6 am. Insert the batteries. The clock should chime 6 times. Then move the hands to the desired time. So if you want 10 am , move the big hand to 7 let it chime, then 8, etc. If you are at 6pm then you would have to do this until you come up to the 6 hour again so that the clock will go silent for the evening hours. Of course you much position the small hand to the appropriate minutes. The instructions are terrible and I think this should help those that had issues with setting the clock. Otherwise the chime is nice and loud but only chimes on the hour. I ove the old fashion look.

This is a very nice-looking wall clock. Enhances my bedroom's overall appearance. The clock did not work after the batteries were installed. However, I am glad because the clock chime did. Every hour that I rotated the time adjust. This would have woken me up throughout the night. I took the batteries out and hung it on the wall for a decoration. Still happy I bought it.

The clock's chime is delayed. It does not keep the correct time even though the time is set correctly. You can barely hear the chime if you are in another room.

I attempted to install the batteries and discovered they would not go in. One of the metal tabs that touch on an end of the battery was installed incorrectly. The battery did not fit in the slot and there was no way for us to remove it to correct it. We had to return the product. Extremely disappointed. This is a case of "You get what you pay for". However we can't afford a Bulova.

This clock was advertised to be made out of wood. IT'S ALL PLASTIC GARBAGE! I even checked several times and every time it was advertised made out of wood. I was really excited when I found the same clock that had broke years ago and I loved it. Only to be extremely disappointed at what was delivered. Was the wrong clock delivered? It is not described as advertised at all. Truly disappointed
