Purchased for my sister. She loves it! It has a red light that flashes when it rings,. It's a winner!
Got it for someone with Alzheimer's ease of use.
Everything was correct and in good working order

old school phone, can't beat it!
The quality of this phone is excellent. My only issue with it is the ringer was too loud. It actually has the old- fashioned loud bell ringer sound. I like mine to be very quiet, as I have 2 phones in a close distance. The hook up was very easy.
no ringer off switch, has a light for ring alert that does not work at all, off center wall mount, and phone jack rolls loose and fell inside phone and barely clips to the metal frame.. but does ring and does have decent sound
