This record cleaner works great!! I use it in tandem with a Record Dr. V and they do an incredible job cleaning records.

I got great results with distilled water and Tergikleen. Goat hair brushes get deep into the groves. I might get another for a rinse bath.

This thing works better than I anticipated. I had an issue with the cleaning solution but that is in another review. I cleaned 14 records with it. I picked records from my collection from filthy to super clean. The Vinyl Styl left the clean ones clean and the filthy ones very clean indeed. The center clamp kept the record label very nicely dry. You can turn the record by hand 20 quarter turns (makes full rotations easy to count) for 5 full rotations which was Vinyl Styl's suggestion. Lifting the record from the solution allows a great majority to drip off. I did both a quick swipe with a microfibre cloth and no wipe before putting the albums into the 7 section rack to dry. The records dried about the same. If I continue to use this device and its cleaning solution I am going to buy another tank (or make my own out of poly) for a distilled water quick rinse to ameliorate the soap residue problem the Vinyl Styl solution leaves upon drying. I gave it 4 stars because it worked right out of the box and got some dirty records very clean. And yes some negative reviews mentioned it doesn't pour well back into the bottle. Just be careful; it doesn't pour well because the cleaning solution has no surface tension (by design).
