I opened the box, and the small parts scared me, LOL. But my brother came by and had it together in less than 30 minutes. Placed my shirts on top rack and pants on the bottom. Have plans to purchase a second one. Perfect organizer for those of us without enough closet space. Love it!!!
I liked that it had double hanging rods and fit all my extra garments nicely. It is sturdy and I highly recommend this product.
Pole clips for shelf assembly were a little difficult to attach. Kept popping off as I installed the shelf.
Very sturdy, plus locking wheels. Great rack. Would recommend it. Do not pile too much, clothes, can cause to flip over, make sure balanced. Can move shelves up or down.
These are just perfect for a spare room I am turning into a closet.

The pictures are extremely misleading!! It looks like it's thick and extremely sturdy compared to other shelving units that are the exact same in every way but one…. The price!! The ones that are cheaper look exactly the same as the $120 I ordered that looked more heavy duty! Super disappointed. Great shelf but save your money and but the $60 one…. It's the same things!!
When I received this, I had also purchased another one similar, but it was a much less expensive version! They came together on the same day they were delivered. The other one was in perfect condition. Everything intact and I put it together and I'm disabled.!!! definitely worth the money I paid for it👍%23100 percent. But the one that I just wrote for you review on was delivered badly damaged box was taped, and it was hanging out of the end still after taping.?! why they would even imagine sending this to me is beyond my comprehension??? it was a disgrace. I can't even believe that they would let this happen knowing it's gonna reflect on their star with an extremely bad write up. The worst thing of all is I've never returned anything I never had to, but I returned it. It was picked up. My husband brought it downstairs after it taped it so it wouldn't fall apart.( the box I mean.!!) I've called several times. It's been a few months and I have never been reimbursed a dime for it.?! not only just a surprise me, but it took me months before I wanna write this review I needed to get up the courage to write it, because I love this store! Well, I did it's funny what one thing like a bad review can do when looking for something to buy. It looks a really bad taste in my mouth for purchasing again when it comes to furniture of any kind.! I'm so disappointed I gave up. I'm trying to get my money back and it wasn't that cheap for the store who has great buys.?! it's such disgrace!!!
nice looking unit but did not come with all parts .. the most important rails to hang cloths were not in there ..
