The Item is 5 stars......I sent this item back as I found it on amazon for 20$ cheaper. So for that I gave 4 stars... Price match was not available or I would have kept it. I do have the viper 777 and it is a must have game in your family night game night if you like darts. The darts it came with are nice. I have my own better quality and certain weight I use. Can also be used for competition if you're into darts on a more professional level. Several different game options to program and play. Definitely Recommend the game and I Recommend to shop around before you click the buy button.

I love it. Make sure you have powerful batteries. I gave it a four star because it does not give info on how to purchase the cord. I went to Walmart to purchase the cord, and they didn't have the cord or could tell me how I could get one. Now I will try and contact Viper to see if I can get some help.

The dart that come with it are garbage, so far working good without and issues. Scoring isn't perfect, dart goes close to the outside of the bullseye and it give you a bullseye. Same all over the board. You take what if gives you and keep playing. As long as we don't get an error and it gets stuck had a viper board do that last time. Returned it. Let give it a few more weeks and see how it doing.

This thing arrived sealed in the manufacturers box. When removing the board I immediately noticed a hole in the front of the dart board; the battery cover at the bottom middle of the board is missing. Poor quality control? Now my time and that of the Walmart's customer service person will be wasted in returning this.

the board does not work getting error message. can I send it back?

I would not recommend this dartboard I would go with any other dart board probably an arachnid. the board is misrepresented on the website as well as on the box itself. both say that you can keep track of points per round and points per Dart however there is no option to do so. It does not say this in the manual. but it does on the cardboard packaging itself, very misleading. this was the primary reason why I purchased a board. keyboard does not register the triple twice very well as well as some of the other numbers. I've mounted and remounted several times according to how the manual says to mount it. extremely frustrating.
