I bought two sets. The first set, the black ink was leaking. Powder everywhere, including inside the printer and on the paper. I would love to have just returned the black one for a new one, but that wasn't possible. I couldn't do an exchange, so I returned them, but instantly bought the same ones. Walmart was great on the return to store. The new ones do not leak, and I think the colors are pretty good. I would buy them again when these run out. Thank you

The toner cartridges produce consistently sharp text and vivid colors, making documents and presentations look extremely professional whether printed in black or full color. Great value for everyday office use.
Great price and fast service
Just a little disappointed Ethen I print envelopes in black I get a color strip for each cartridge on my envelope.
the printed quality is so bad; print outs no than the old ones I used for 2 years - Very light and color faded. Think I will have to replace those soon again.
While they are cheap, in this case it's a "you get what you pay for" kind of situation. The ink smears and sends my machine into a FIT. IDK if your printer is a jerk, but mine already is and this completely made him (Petey the Printer) unreasonable. I tried to give the ink time to settle in, but it smears heavy in some areas and then is almost dried out in others. Also, I noticed after printing on cardstock that the more I touch it, the ink comes off on my hands over time even though it is dry to touch.
I recently purchased this toner cartridge, specifically advertised as being compatible with my Canon printer. However, my Canon printer failed to recognize the cartridge. The printer has a built-in system that identifies genuine and compatible toners, and this cartridge was not recognized. This resulted in wasted money and frustration as I had to purchase a genuine Canon cartridge instead. I strongly advise against purchasing this product if you rely on your Canon printer's compatibility features. The product description was misleading, and the lack of compatibility caused significant inconvenience.
