Product is built very Well. False Advertisement, saying it weighs 5.5 Lbs and in Fact it weighs 9.0 Pounds. Pretty Heavy when it is extended and Your reaching to cut a limb. It does Cut like Butter. Very Pleased with the performance of the Sawing Portion.

Super easy to put together. Took me a minute to figure out the ins and outs of the chain, but once I got it figured out, I was on my way. Love this thing! It's a little heavy with everything on it, but it's not like you're going to be cutting limbs all day!

My dad loves it. It helps him with his back a whole lot or live around a lot of trees. They help get those high ones that he can't hardly reach or get on a ladder to reach. All I know is becoming a lifesaver and it works fantastic. Good word on the battery. Thank you.

So far, I am impressed. i haven't used the pole extension yet; have only used the hand saw to cut down a small willow tree about 6" in diameter. Worked like a charm! Exactly what I needed.

Great Product for the Price

MadHatter September 20, 2025

My husband and I recently moved to a property with a lot of very tall trees. I have been looking at saw poles and this was fairly cheap and extends far. For the money, this product is great. It comes with teo batteries, is easy to use and assemble, and does do a great job cutting through stumps. From the use so far, its def worth it! im hoping it lasts a long time because its very helpful!

Works great so far, battery life is very good.

I’m impressed with the saw and it’s ability to trim tree limbs. The two batteries are a plus although I believe that it would take quite a lot of continuous use to use just one battery up. I used the saw to trim tree limbs that I could not have reached unless I used a ladder. It also works well if you just remove the extension pole and use it like a regular chain saw. The chain speed is not very fast however it cuts small tree limbs with ease. I was somewhat disappointed by the weight of the saw and the extension pole. It is not so heavy that it is unusable but it’s not extremely light either. So far it has worked great to trim up a few trees in my yard.

Reasonable priced

Little hard to adjust the chain tension. Little heavy when you extend a pool out. As long as you don't push it, it'll cut even the 8, 9 inch diameter limbs.

Decent chain saw pole. Good value.

Anonymous September 9, 2025

Decent chain saw pole for the money. Pretty well made. Decent price. Not as good as my Remmington electric pole saw, but I needed one that didn't require extension cords. All in all this is a good pole saw for the money. What I don't like about it is the guard on the top of the chain, because sometimes an undercut is needed and the guard will not allow an undercut to b made. And I don't like that the saw attaches to the pole only by sliding it into the plastic they use to hold it on. I'm afraid if the pole is dropped, the plastic connection will shatter into pieces. My Remmington uses 2 long nuts and bolts to attach the saw to the pole which is a much stronger connection. All mfg's. make their products a specific way, so I guess you buy it or you don't. I just don't see the plastic slot as being a very strong or secure way to attach the saw to the pole. However, it does have a plastic lock, so hopefully it'll be ok (unless it gets dropped.) It's fairly heavy, especially when fully extended (which all chain saw poles are.) I would say that all in all, it's a good chain saw pole for the money. My electric pole saw had more power, but I got tired of dragging extension cords out all the time. I would recommend this chain saw pole for light to medium use around the home.

Good So Far But With Some Reservations

Alfred August 4, 2025

It came assembled and ready to use, you just need to charge the battery fully. So far it has cut all of the limbs that I have tried it on. It does not come with any bar and chain oil so you will need to get some. A small funnel is needed too because the fill port is small and the cap obstructs the opening when the cap is removed. It sometimes gets jammed. The instructions for assembling the bar and chain and adjusting the tension of the chain are a bit confusing. The power is good, no big problems with cutting through limbs, just an occasional jam. The teeth on the chain are nice and sharp. When fully extended it is a bit unwieldy. You need to be very careful when cutting near any power or phone or cable lines. The length when fully extended from the end of the handle to the tip of the saw is 10 feet 3 inches The way that you attach the saw to the handle seems like a point of weakness. I have a feeling that it will eventually fail with just regular use of mounting and unmounting the saw.

I found unit was extremely underpowered. Wouldn't cut through 1/4" limb. chain would stop moving. I bought the same brand of (pruner) pole saw and it was dead out of the box (on full battery). Now I have to return both units. Glad I checked them before giving as Christmas gifts.
