Axeon Solo I
After only 6 months my Axeon Solo I water filter stopped working. I ordered new filters, and had a service rep work with me to try to fix the problem. He had even sent me a new part for the system, but that didn't work either. Then the service rep told me that I couldn't return the product because ESP only has a 30 day return policy. I asked about the year warranty, and he said that was only good for parts. Now I have no water filter at all, and I'm out $319 for the system, and $182.93 for the filters - $501.93 altogether. Money thrown out the window because of a deficient product. Axeon was absolutely no help in my trying to fix the problem either, and your service rep told me there was nothing else he could do to solve the problem with the water system. I was totally ripped off by ESP Water Products, and I'm very unhappy.
