Nice little bike. I'll need to get used to it but seems ok for my first little try. Instructions were hard to understand and I had to have someone build the bike for me. Still needs tweaks on breaks and a crooked fender. I think for a sale price of 50% off I got a great deal!!

so far so good with the bike. one of the parts was screwed on very tightly and they stripped the bolt that it went on but I was able to power through it.

love this bike the only thing that could be done better is the assembly instructions. there are some parts that are only for shipping that do not stay on the finished bike, but no mention of removing them

I'm a 62-year-old female I put it together by myself however the tools that comes with it should be a better quality the seats quite uncomfortable otherwise excellent choice

I recommend this trike. Pedal assist works great. Hill climb. Climb better than I expected with no problems. Motor wouldn't run because I didn't push the plug all the way in. Motor plug was very very hard to push in. Had to adjust the brake drum housing because back brake kept locking up and wouldn't release unless I roll backwards. lever was touching the brake drum causing the back tire to skid. Adjusted housing forward away from brake drum. Now brake lever don't jam into brake drum. Works great! Priced great! Quality awesome. Came with cabel combanationlock that you can set your own combinations. 0000 open factory lock, look up how to set up your new combanation. Hope this help in your decision and fixes any problem that you might come across like I did. Love this viribus 24" 250w trike.

Was easy to assemble, decent construction.

bike is top heavy. electric control keeps getting an error message that the instructions don't tell you how to get rid of. Everytime e the electric part stops working, which is frequently, i am on an incline and can't get it working again. have ridden 30 miles on bike and is too unsteady to feel safe.

Impossible to assemble - they literally designed this so that the plate which attaches to the pedal arms blocks a screw hole that's required to install the chain guard. So to use it you have to not install the chain guard and the issues that come with that. What dumba** designed this bicycle?

I am wondering why the manual is not more explicit on how the parts go together. I would not have bought this bike if I had known how much had to be put together.

Do not buy this bike. The electronics do not work. Customer service does not exist. Without the motor, it is too heavy to use. It is an eight hundred dollar boat anchor. Put your money somewhere else.
