I used to buy this shampoo and conditioner through my hair stylist but now I'm buying the big pump bottles through the site. It's saving me money on a product I really enjoy. I had run out for a time and went back to Pantene and felt and saw the difference that Virtue made so I felt good buying the large bottles. I decided to try Virtue Recovery Conditioner because my hair is usually very dry, especially at the ends. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed my hair felt softer and much easier to detangle in the shower. The conditioner is rich and moisturizing but didn't make my hair feel heavy or greasy. Once my hair dried, it looked smoother with less frizz, and the dry ends felt less brittle. I also found that a small amount goes a long way, which I liked. I loved this shampoo and conditioner when I first bought it so I purchased the large bottles. The formula for the conditioner is not the same… not even close. Very disappointed with the conditioner in the large size. I went out and purchased a new, small size just to make sure it wasn't my imagination…see pic.

I like the product, but this is the 2nd time I've had issues with the bottles. I purchased a larger container with built in pump. I couldn't figure out why product wouldn't come out properly. Finally I looked at the bottom and discovered a split which lets air in & messes up the pumping out of product.
