I've had recent foot surgery and then a year later a arm fracture plus some arthritis. I thought I'd give this a try after reading it may help with joint pain and over-all flexibility. Goodness knows I've tried just about everything else to help with aches. Not sure how long it needs to be used to start seeing the effects, but I plan to use the entire large container before deciding if I"ll re-purchase. I use it in my morning cup of tea. It dissolves easily and I barely noticie it at all, unlike many protein powders I've tried.
I love that this collagen is flavorless and mixes well in my coffee. It has really helped my skin and nails. I would recommend these peptides.
This mixes well with almond milk and organic cacoa powder. It definitely has no taste. oacked well also all seals were tight.
