I started to see improvement in my eyesight which was great, But, it gave me slight vertigo/dizzy which some things give me, this case it's the vitamin A. Very disappointed. Should of known better it's happened before with other products containing A. As an ex smoker I get this affect. With out A I would buy it! Great product!
