It was very easy to use and very easy to connect to my iPhone, I like the fact that it had lots of little instruments to use with it. The camera picture was very clear and it was easy to maneuver in my ear. The price was really great for what you get.
I've never had one of these before, so it took some getting used to. The device itself is fine. I mainly picked this one for the tweezers, but they are too long to see well enough to use. My main gripe is the app that you have to use. It's not like any other app I've used. It's actually like its own wifi, so you have to disconnect data and other wifi to use it. It did connect and allow me to use the camera, but it messed up my phone horribly, and I've since uninstalled the app, so I can't use the device anymore either.
