Was really worried about this product when I started to read the reviews because I didnt know about them until I had already paid and they were being shipped out. I am happy to say none of the negative things in the reviews have been an issue . I bought 2 for my teenage daughters to use for school distance learning because of the pandemic. So far so good!
My daughters love these. I bought 2 to give my girls something to do since they're stuck at home. They are very nice and have a really nice screen, they love the size. I got purple and red. They both are pretty but to me the purple looks better. I am happy with this purchase.
Love the size of this tabet. Great for videos, ebooks, games, skype, etc. I also like that I can link this to my bluetooth speaker. Keyboard is great to have, but I bought a standard profolio to go with it since I don't really need the keyboard. But for this price, it is a great entertainment piece.
After investigating online feedback and watching two in depth product reviews on YouTube, I was pleased with what I learned of Lollipop OS units delivered within last six months and specifically this Visual Land 2 in 1 tablet. I am impressed with parities to true Windows functionality and Android versions of MS programs we all enjoy using. With what I propose to use this jewel for, it has met every challenge without skipping a beat! Well, maybe one...;^) After reading one or two negative amidst twenty to thirty positive reviews, its obvious someone somehow expected desk top performance & versatility in a device designed to provide excellent WiFi, visual clarity, and a small, light weight companion to phone, or hockey puck size, WiFi Hot Spots. This is my first Android device and I am very pleased to find many daily ritual MS APS have Android compatible versions, or parities. Since receipt of my Visual Land Prestige 10.1" quad core tablet, key board, and leather case, I have not been able to turn the device "completely off". Yes, I followed screen prompts and end up in "Safe Mode" instead of "completely off". Selecting Power Off redirects you to a "Safe Mode" query which I decline, then it returns to the previous screen where "Power Off" and "Safe Mode" are individual buttons of choice. Quite literally, the printed initial set up and users guide fails to tell you how to turn the unit "off"...During initial setup an on screen product walk around only shows "on~off" button is located. There is a longer button to the left of the "on~off" button, but there is no description of its function.
This is a nice little tablet (purchased about a month ago) and considering it comes with a keyboard and case, I'd say it's a good deal. However, the Apps keep crashing or stopping and even after restarting and updating to the latest versions, the issue remains. This includes Google, Google docs, and Google Hangouts
I like the size and the case w/keyboard, however, this tablet is very slow to load compared to the 7" tablet this was purchased to replace. Easy to use once it loads, great for "touch" gaming. I have great wi-fi service so loading is not slow because of wi-fi!
The screen resolution sucks,It's hazy at best. It will wash out at about a 15 degree angle and the camera is laughable and small. Would not recommend. Planning to get another in the future,If I can afford it.
I had this and loved it however, after 7 months of use, I could NOT get the charger to be held into the tablet to charge. After several emails to the company I was told to mail the tablet back to the company in California with at least $50 worth of insurance. After I wrapped it in bubble wrap, priority mailed the package I get an email after I placed several calls to the company, I was told it was received with a broken screen, so I could have the insurance made out to them or send a certified check for $50 and they would fix it! I was livid as I had to make several calls to find this out after 3 weeks of trying to find out what happened to my tablet. There was no negotiations with the company. I did not even get a picture of the tablet which supposedly had the broken screen. I told them to keep the tablet and would never buy from this company again nor would I recommend this product or company to any one that would listen! Buyer beware that is for sure!
If you are looking for a cheap tablet for your kid to play on, this is it. It's cheap built, display quality is beyond poor, it looks and feels like a toy tablet. If you are looking for something to actually work on, keep scrolling. Is not worth what it costs!!
Bought 2 of these for my sons for Christmas. Returned them both today. Keyboards quit working. Battery wouldn't charge or stay charged for long. This is the 2nd time buying tablets that are cheaper and having problems with the batteries. My kids are disappointed.
