Easy to use however it disconnects easily when trying to adjust in ear.

I mainly use these earphones for my smart tv and i love them. It has good bass, clear voices, and the active noise cancellation is perfect for when i have my air conditioner running. My only criticism is that the pamphlet of instructions are written WAY too small. I had to go online just so I could read them.

I guess you get what you pay for. they're comfortable and have decent sound but the touch controls don't work. they're loud and I kept trying to reduce the volume by double tapping left earbud but it totally shuts off the sound. they're being returned.

The canned menu announcements are muddled. Audio when listening to music is thin and basic. Mic for phone calls is poor, making your voice sound tinny to the other person, almost unusable for phone calls. Audio when listening to podcasts or videos is fine. Returning these as I intended to use them primarily for phone calls instead of a wired headset.

I'm going to return these or ask for a replacement. The sound is so muffled I literally can't understand what others are saying during phone conversations. Having my phone volume maxed doesn't fix the problem. I love the color and how they fit into the case, so I'm saddened that these just aren't performing well. I have 2 other brands I use with the same phone and don't have these problems.

I wish I would've looked at the reviews before buying these earbuds. They don't hold a charge longer then 20 minutes it literally goes from 100% to battery low in 20 minutes. Now don't get me wrong the sound is perfect and the charging case holds charge for days and it charges the earbuds to 100% in a short time but if they fix how long the earbuds hold a charge it would be a great product. They misleading people with the 5 hr playback time.

They do not hold a charge for over 5 minutes when used in my ears. The luttle charging box stays charged, but you have to keep putting the earpieces back in them, and then they don't last long when you take them out of charging box to use. Thats why I am returning them.

At first I thought I received two pairs of black headphones when I actually ordered pink and green, but after looking at the box where the upc is , it says the actual color and they were the colors I ordered. The box just shows black headphones. Also, they don't hold a charge. They only last about 30 minutes then need to be put back into charging case. Booooo! Horrible!

i ordered pink and got black. why even bother sending me the product if you are just going to send whatever color you feel like. if i knew it was coming in black i would not have bought for my daughter. now its too late to return and you made me waste my money. shoulda known when i read other reviews that said the same thing but yea you guys are no good

We bought 3 for our kids for Christmas and they have never worked. We've charged the case to 99% (as much as it will go) and the headphones literally die within 2 minutes of using them. One pair will work for about 20 minutes before dying but the other 2 will not last more than 2 minutes. Such a waste of money!!!
