Good price from Hayneedle . It needs a couple hours of assembly of two people and four posts from your local hardware store but it is worth the effort . Had a damaged box of the 5 that it gets shipped in , but Hayneedle had another one shipped within days . It looks awesome .

We purchased this pergola as a covering for a sun-filled deck. The pergola came in five manageable and well-packed boxes. We spread the installation over a weekend. The instructions were well written, complete and thorough (though we misinterpreted one or two things and had to back track). The quality, clean design, and thoughtfulness in shipping through assembly are superior. While it wasn't necessary, we elected to add stability to the piece and added 4x4 posts within the columns adding a bit more expense to the project, but giving peace of mind that it won't blow over in a wind event. Again, a solid structure (added supports contained within the vinyl beams, weighted shade screen, etc.) with careful thought given to design. We were able to immediately enjoy the comfort and shade this provided and will easily remove the shade screen for the winter months.

The shade is the last thing you put on and the directions for the New England Malibu. Had to totally take apart and re-assemble. The shade was from Eden not Hayneedle.

I got this installed a few days ago. It's as good looking as the picture and it appears to be high quality materials. Here's a couple if helpful hints if you're using Sam's installers:. 1- brackets to secure it are a separate purchase and YOU must install them if you plant to secure it to cement or wood 2- You need to separately purchase four 4" x 4" x 8' posts and have them available on the date of your installation. They go inside the four corners vinyl posts. The manufacturer is good about contacting you to discuss missing pieces (in my case a decorative corner piece) Decent for the price. Very good looking.

Beautiful. Lower mark for receiving boxes that were dented and in one case open. One piece was broken and had to be sent back as did the pink- instead of beige shade that was shown unadvertised photo's. Tea event offered in Grey. Went directly to New England Arbor's and Pergola's customer service. They quickly corrected every issue and we were very pleased with them and their product. Top quality!

We love the styling and it is perfect for shading our patio. The shade cover is not the color shown. Be prepared for that.

Love the pergola but had to pay a contractor to put it together. The instructions are atrocious and it has missing parts. I do have to say NE Arbors was great about sending out the parts. It looks beautiful now that it is finished but it took awhile to get there. The instructions need ALOT of improvement!

I like the way the shade pulls down and the white vinyl looks good with our white fence. I don't like how light weight it is. We don't get much wind in NC but we definitely had to bolt it down. Also the pieces that are to hold the shade in place blow off way too easy. We are going to have to find a way to bolt those on as well.
