many people are concerned about heat stroke and older people so why not add some electrolytes to your hydration routine easy adaptive and flavor for cold or warm use drinking and cooking, rice and soup and with a dash of tea, juice, coffee or anything else as long as you aren't allergic if you didn't grow up using this you might want to start thinking of ways to now...i have been using vegetable broth as a drink and believe it or not you might like this chilled with that. so look at your nutrition in a different light...

I’ve tried several coconut waters but Coco Vita is hands down the bestest! I get the 33oz containers because I drink the smaller ones way too fast, even Zico coconut water does not top Vita Coco!

This is a great additive to my water to add electrolytes. The flavor is mild and not very sweet. Love to add some of this to my lemonade or to my Moscow mule. Great quality.

This is good coconut water but unfortunately it has added sugar. Even though it's a small amount I don't want sugar in my coconut water! Coconut water doesn't need added sugar.

I have been drinking this product since 2010. No more, it gives me explosive diarrhea to the point I missed a day of work. What changed Vita Coca?? I love this product so much! For a year I have had stomach issues and systematically eliminated items from my diet and much to my surprise finally realized it was the Coconut water. Very sad indeed. My suspicion is it is going rancid in transport. Just my hunch, not an expert.

The product itself is wonderful period the problem I've been having is Walmart is either out of stock or they just don't communicate with the customer, they just tell you, it's delayed. And nothing happens for 5 or 6 days period I just keep getting a delayed message and have no idea what's going on with the product.
