This is my review of the cholesterol support lowering lowering supplement with niacin plant sterols First thing I noticed about reading the ingredients it has a lot of healthy natural ingredients is which is very important to me I have high cholesterol Through hereditary. The pills are very nice they go down very easy the one thing I did notice is there is no aftertaste which is very important to me especially with a pill that has garlic in it.I will update this review with my next blood test I definitely recommend them they're very easy to take

My cholesterol was a little high on my last blood test. I do not want to take statins so I gave this a shot, will have to update results on next blood test. I experienced no bad or after taste. I take medicine for other health issues and talked to my doctor to make sure there would be no bad reactions and I have had no problems. I take two a day, 30 day supply bottle. Next blood work in April, will update with results

I received this product and I looked at the ingredients and thought it seemed it had the potential to do what it says. I don't want high cholesterol but the way I eat, I'm in trouble. If this product can help me keep this under control, I'll give it a try. I've seen other supplements that tell you to take multiple pills multiple times a day. Not interested. This is 2 capsules 1 time each day. Very easy. I'm very hopeful and we will see with time!

I recently had my check up and my cholesterol levels were a little high so I choose this product to help lower my cholesterol. These capsules are a medium sized capsule of about 3/4 inches long and about the diameter of a number 2 pencil. They are easy to swallow with a small amount of water and i have not noticed any after taste. You should not take these capsules on an empty stomach. I did a little research and read that niacin sometimes caused skin heat flushes but i have not experienced any after taking them for a couple of weeks. I have had no adverse side effects of any type. The bottle says if you are currently taking a statin to lower cholesterol you need to consult your doctor before taking these. The only way to see if these capsules work is with a blood test to check your cholesterol after starting to take Alestra so i will not know till my next appointment.

I am helping to lower my Cholesterol by taking a supplement made by Alestra which contains a combination of natural ingredients that have been used to combat Cholesterol. The powdered ingredients are contained in clear capsules and are to be taken with a meal. The capsules are easy to swallow when taken with water and does not have any noticeable after taste. I have however, experienced very minimal garlic breath for a few minutes about 20 minutes after taking the capsules. I have not experienced any gas after taking the capsules or any stomach discomfort. Overall, the Alestra Cholesterol supplement has been good so far but the true test will be when I go for my annual checkup. Hopefully, this product works well enough that I will not have to take any statins.

I was glad to try this product. It was very good. I liked the list of ingredients in this product because they appear to be quite healthy. I couldn't tell any difference right away from this product but it didnt do me any harm and the capsules were quite easy to swallow. I will have a better review in the long run. I would recommend this product to a friend. Thank you!

Just saying first: Always make sure before taking any pills get approval from your doctor first. Now for me reading the ingredients it showed it has a lot of healthy natural ingredients which is always a welcome site. The pills are very easy go down without aftertaste. So I feel it does help with my blood levels

Alestra is a dietary supplement for lowering your cholesterol and has other natural ingredients to promote heart health that you buy without a prescription. I like that because a lot of people want a natural way to control their cholesterol without prescription medication although I did notice that this contains niacin and some people might want to check with their doctors before starting this regime of two capsules a day depending on your health and other drugs. I think this supplement would be a good choice for a lot of people with high cholesterol without prescriptions when you can't control it by your diet alone.

These pills are ok, the have the color ( tan) and consistency of ginkgo biloba pills. They are easy to take . I don't know if they have lowered my cholesterol yet as I have been taking them for a week. The bottle is easy to open. I am looking forward to getting my blood work done soon to see if my bad cholesterol went down.

This Alestra has Cayenne Pepper Powder in them so if you have any stomach issues or ulcers, you might have some side effects. These are more for people with healthy levels of Cholesterol already to help maintain those levels. Not for those with high Cholesterol levels already.They have quality ingredients and Vegan's can use them without any issues. So, if you have healthy levels and no stomach issues and want to try them, go ahead, they may help you stay there which is a good thing.
