When I have a gout flare up it is really painful. This crème helped to take away that pain. I have been putting it on my feet at night. So far I haven't woke up with any burning or pain, like I was before. I would recommend to give a try if you have gout.

This product is just short of a miracle! Since I have received it I have been using it multiple times a day and the pain in my toes has subsided incredibly! Before, snowboarding was near impossible because of the pain, but since I've started using this cream I've been able to go again! Within minutes of applying, you will have relief. After 2 weeks, it still works and I couldn't be more thankful for it!

The gout pain relief is a great product i was having pain in my knees so i put it on and i could feel it working it relief the pain right away and also my toes gets pain in them all the time now i just rub a little on them and reliefs the pain very good product it's better then the medication from the doctor amazing product

Gout cream- fast acting topical application cream worked pretty well for me. Still had some pain from gout arthritis. Obviously there's no magic thing that will take the pain totally away but this helps. The scent of the cream isn't strong but not sure that I like it that much however it's not bad. Overall, I like the product.

Am currently having a flare up of gout and the cream does help w/the pain that is very bad @ times. The only drawback I have experienced w/the cream is that it doesn't last as long as I thought it should. Not to be used more than 4 times daily. All in all, the cream works quite well, and I do recommend the use of it by fellow gout sufferers.

This pain reliever is made for gout sufferers, but I tried it to help with my plantar fasciitis which is so painful some mornings as to make walking difficult. This has helped.

My husband has gout in his foot/big toe area. His doctor had prescribed some temporary medication to relieve it which helped initially but it came back as soon as the meds were finished. The problem is he has early signs of kidney disease and the gout meds mess with his kidney functions so he can't take them. We gave this a try and he said that it really does make a difference. He uses it twice a day...morning and night, and he said it really helps with the pain while on his feet at work and he especially likes that it takes the ache away that usually keeps him awake at night. He is sleeping much better. The container has an easy pump top and not too much comes out but it is easy to control...less or more. It's pink in color and isn't greasy at all. It does have a medicine smell too it that isn't very pleasant but it isnt super strong so it's ok. This is a good product and we will keep using.

I have had gout attacks for about 4 years now and there really has never been any thing for pain relief for the areas inflamed with redness and heat. I saw this product and thought I would give it a try and for me it eased the pain and gave me a comfort feeling. I have used several times during an attack and just recently ordered some more for future attacks. The bottle is small but it releases the right amount and goes pretty far.

This gout cream is a great product. Especially for somebody who is not on a continual routine medication for gout. It provides instant relief from the pain of gout. It comes in a nice container and is easy to take with you when you travel. I received the Goutcare Pain Relieving Cream from the Spark Reviewer Program. Until then I wasn't aware that such a product existed. This gout cream is safe & powerful. It is deep penetrating and hypo-allergenic. I highly recommend this gout cream. I will be sure and look for this product at Walmart when I go shopping.

I got this for my husband because he has been having gout flare-ups. After the most recent flare he had residual pain in his toes. He was very skeptical and was amazed at how quick it relieved his pain after applying it. This is a pink cream with no odor and it's not greasy like muscle rub creams. It does not cure gout - but it does relieve the pain quickly and lasted a few hours.
