Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream, Topical Melatonin for Sleep Support and Relaxation, 3 mg, 1.7 oz

I have been rubbing this melatonin cream on my forearms before bed for the last couple weeks. I have noticed an improvement in how quickly I fall asleep and also in how much more refreshed I feel when I wake up in the morning. It seems to be beneficial to the overall quality of my sleep.

I used to take melatonin pills so I was very exited to try this version cream because it's a nice change from my oral melatonin and it does work quickly for me. I really love this stuff 2 pumps and I can sleep all night long. It usually works for me considering that I have sleeping problems. It is usually fast and also safe beacause it works through my skin to my blood stream and suppose to be safer and help me sleep enough so I will order again. I was using this cream more than a week on different parts of my body to provide an honest review so that is a reason that I do not still have time enough to really experience any beauty sking results that I am also so exited to see due I have been trying this cream on different parts of my body because there is not sufficient details or any instruction manual and I have found that it works better when I put it on the front than on the back of my Neck to resolve my sleeping problems. So I am looking forward to have more information regarding sking face results. I will update later.

I have heard a lot about Melatonin but have never tried it,so when I got the chance to try this product I did. I loved that it was a unscented cream that you could rub in instead of taking it in pill form. I was pleasantly surprised by how it seemed to help me to sleep better and more peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a non habit forming sleep aid.

I was skeptical and did not expect it to work as well as oral supplements. However, if used as directed, it works quite nicely and does not leave a greasy film or anything. So, it's okay to use after a PM shower and not have to wash it off in the morning.

This is a fine topical cream, I have had no irritants from it but it's hard to tell if it's really helping me to fall asleep. It seemed to have assisted in my tossing and turning, but I didn't notice any new drowsiness or anything like that, so I don't know if it was the product at work or not.

Maxasorb melatonin lotion works very well. It works better than any melatonin pills/gummies that I have tried before. I read that since this is in a lotion form, the melatonin is absorbed directly into your skin and bloodstream. All you need is one pump and just rub it in. It has a nice scent and it absorbs well into the skin. I have been having sleep issues for years. Never enough for a prescription sleep aid, but enough that I need some help. Maxasorb helped me from the very first night that I used it. I still woke up during the night, but I slept better during the times I was asleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and recharged. I haven't felt that way in a long time. I used to dread bedtime, but not anymore!

I take 10mg's of melatonin every night. This product probably does work faster than taking a pill, but per the directions I can only use 'one pump' which equates to 3mg's of melatonin. For me one pump of this cream did not help me sleep -- which is the reason for my mediocre rating.

Honestly, I had higher expectations. When I opened the packaging, the lotion pump looked nice and big enough. Lotion feels soft and leathery. It did help me fall asleep and stay asleep, but I've never needed sleep aids! So I tried it on my sister when she visited. Now, my sister does need melatonin for sleep. And unfortunately, this lotion did not help her at all both 2 nights she stayed with us. Not sure what went wrong, or maybe she needed higher dose... So there we have it. Bottom line. It's a nice lotion pump, but sleep aid is not 100% for everyone. I'd still recommend it to try though.

I have been using the Melatonin Cream for several nights when i went to bed.First i'd like to say the directions could be a little more specific .I wasn't sure where to apply the cream so i had to look it up on my computer.I personally did not see where it made any difference in my sleep pattern.I know a lot of people use Melatonin but i am not one of them. I guess i would recommend this product to try and i hope you would have better results.
