Melatonin Cream Rich Melatonin 3mg

TammyJ February 3, 2020

Melatonin Cream Rich Melatonin 3mg is a creamy lotion that helps me to fall asleep easily. The cream is not the least bit oily, it just feels really good. I had used melatonin on and off for years, but never knew it also came in a cream! My son, who is twenty one, was having a hard time getting to sleep so I encouraged him to try the melatonin cream for a couple of days to get caught up on is sleep, and it really seemed to help him. He woke up more rested and back to feeling better. I really like the cream version of melatonin, and plan to continue using it.

Life Saver

Jen April 16, 2020

This melatonin cream has been a life saver, especially in this time of stress. One full pump delivers 3mg of melatonin to the body. Seems small enough amount, but direct absorption like that, it works quickly. The cream is free of parabens, so both worries there. You can apply it anywhere to the body, although I do not apply it tp my face as I have sensitive skin. However I do apply some to my temples and I haven't broken out. It starts to work within half an hour. Do not drive or operate machinery for 6 hrs after, this WILL make you sleepy. Melatonin is an aid, meaning it make it easier for you to fall asleep, but it is not a sleeping pill. Do not resist sleep, or your brain will override the melatonin. I also do not use it everyday, only when I'm having trouble sleeping. It knocks me right out as it is fast absorbing, but I'm not sure if one can develop a tolerance to a cream. You only need one pump and directions say to not take more than that. It is fast absorbing into the skin, much quicker than an oral melatonin, so there is more efficiency in delivering the dose. This is a convenient and practical way to receive a 3mg dose of melatonin. It is reliable, as the 3mg is bot broken down by stomach acid, it is delivered directly to the bloodstream via the skin. Easily to apply, and works quickly. I have no down sides to this product. I highly recommend for someone who has occasional trouble sleeping, or is a shift worker like me it has been a life saver!

Melatonin skin cream

ADushNJ January 27, 2020

Better than popping pills, this cream is convenient to use. Just as suggested, I used 1 pump and applied on my hands. The absorption was quick and I had a restful sleep as I would have if I'd taken a 3mg pill. The lotion is smooth and easily spreads on the skin surface and is almost readily absorbed.

Nice option for sleeping assistance

lexkyguy April 21, 2020

I've used melatonin occasionally for years. It helps me to fall asleep at night easier when my mind seems to wander in a thousand directions. I just recently got to try this in the lotion form. The first time, I used 2 pumps, which is the equivalent of 6mg. It rubbed in easily and soaked in quickly. It did tingle a bit on my face, but I'm also not used to using lotions on my face often, so this could be only me. It worked similarly to how melatonin in pill form works. I fell asleep faster and had a good night's sleep. The second night I applied it to the back of my neck and didn't notice the tingling sensation, so I would probably attribute it to my sensitivity. It works well and would work good for anyone wanting to take melatonin in another format besides taking a pill. Just always make sure you have an entire night dedicated to being able to sleep after taking it, or you definitely will wake up feeling groggy.

It Is Helping Me Sleep

SarahSueMookie March 5, 2020

I have been using Melatonin Cream 3mg Unscented for Face or Body for the past three nights, for I had problems sleeping. I have applied some on the back of my neck. After I applied to my neck I waited a few minutes before going to bed. I felted relaxed around 15 minutes after I applied melatonin cream. Used one filled pump on the back of my neck. This is non-greasy they say, but I did have to wash my hands after applying to my neck. I did not smell anything from the cream. Fell asleep faster with use this melatonin cream. You can pick any part of your body to apply this night cream. They say you can apply to your face too. I will continue to use this for it does bring on sleep for me.

Helped get a good night sleep

Kash January 31, 2020

I read the directions and it didn't specify where to apply the cream. The box says “for face” but due to the greasiness and not very pleasant smell I applied it to my arms . I'm not sure if I was extra tired but I think I slept better than usual. I will definitely use this regularly if it helps at night . I also didn't feel groggy in the morning as you would if you took an oral sleep aid for the first time.

Okay lotion

SongForSomeone356 March 9, 2020

Honestly, I had higher expectations. When I opened the packaging, the lotion pump looked nice and big enough. Lotion feels soft and leathery. It did help me fall asleep and stay asleep, but I've never needed sleep aids! So I tried it on my sister when she visited. Now, my sister does need melatonin for sleep. And unfortunately, this lotion did not help her at all both 2 nights she stayed with us. Not sure what went wrong, or maybe she needed higher dose... So there we have it. Bottom line. It's a nice lotion pump, but sleep aid is not 100% for everyone. I'd still recommend it to try though.

Relaxing cream

Toad April 3, 2020

I received this from Walmart Spark Program. I used this for several nights so far. Not really any smell to it. It relaxes you a little but doesn't make you fall asleep. Might need to be more than 3mg. Easy to use just one pump and rub it in. I don't like taking pills so this is better to use cream. It doesn't say where to rub the cream it need to tell you that but other than that its good. I would recommend this cream it does help relax you.

Melatonin cream

J February 2, 2020

I think the jury is still out on this product. I fell asleep just fine the first time I used but the second time I didn't. The cream does leave skin felling soft, so that is a positive. I will try again tonight but I stayed up so late watching the Chiefs game who knows. It really did work the first night though, so hoping for a good night rest tonight. The product does not tell you where to apply, so I just rubbed in my hands, I think I'll try the neck area tonight.

Not Sleepy

2lovebirds March 6, 2020

I have been using the Melatonin Cream for several nights when i went to bed.First i'd like to say the directions could be a little more specific .I wasn't sure where to apply the cream so i had to look it up on my computer.I personally did not see where it made any difference in my sleep pattern.I know a lot of people use Melatonin but i am not one of them. I guess i would recommend this product to try and i hope you would have better results.
