For years my legs especially my right leg have been very painful. I broke my right leg about 10 years ago and was lucky not to lose it. When I saw that this product will relieve that pain I jumped at that. I was skeptical at first because so many other products have failed me. I read the long list of ingredients and being a pharmacist knew they were all aimed at doing their job. After a few days I felt no difference then after about 1 week I felt the pain easing up. I have been taking them ever since. On some days the pain comes back but nothing as bad as before. I will continue to faithfully take my capsules and feel better. They helped me.
I have bulging discs in my lower back and if I am not careful, my back ends up with spasms and pain. I have learned to adjust my lifestyle greatly over the years by limiting myself to what I can handle doing physically. I have managed to stay away from daily or chronic pain and any prescription pain meds, as I have always believed in natural remedies or over the counter pain relief such as Aleve. However, because of the current pandemic and not being active as I usually prefer to be, sitting too much has brought back acute pain and stiffness in my back. I have even noticed discomfort while walking and during my sleep. So, as a Spark Reviewer, I was excited for the opportunity to try Sciaticare by Vita Sciences. After my careful review of their ingredients, I gave it a try and used only two pills twice a day, instead of the recommended four pills, and after only a few uses (two days), I noticed a huge difference in how I felt! My pain was completely gone! I am still not sure how it could work so quickly, but I thank you for the relief Vita Sciences! I will continue to use the product only when needed. I hope to see this item at my local Walmart, as it truly seems to help me. Please keep in mind, this may not have the same results for everyone, but it's worth a try! Just remember to do your research before trying any type of supplements for possible side affects. It's never a bad idea to consult your doctor first, especially if you are taking other medicines and or vitamins.
I received my bottle of Sciaticare a little over a week ago and my husband immediately began using it. He has had pain in his sciatic nerve for a very long time. He even had a series of shots in his back for this problem, but they didn't do any good. He has already received some relief even though it is recommended using them for 3 months. Sciaticare is a dietary supplement that is recommend by Neurologists. The immediate dosage for these capsules is 2 capsules a day twice a day with meals for 3 months. After that the dosage is 1 capsule twice daily. These capsules are a blend of Vitamin B1 , Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Magnesium. They contain no added milk, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and shell fish or ingredients from these sources. This is the best product my husband has been able to find for pain in his sciatic nerve.
This is an excellent formula for nerve pain/ issues! I've ordered it before, and realize a benefit in taking it daily.
Being a long time letter carrier, I had my share of slips and falls and am feeling it a lot in my sciatica as I've gotten older so I was very pleased when the Spark team offered this for review. First of all I read the label for dosage and ingredients. I saw that the main ingredients were B vitamins along with magnesium. The ingredients in the proprietary blend I was familiar with except one which, when I looked it up, was a derivative of Vit. B1, so I was pleased that none of the ingredients would interact badly with prescriptions I take. I have taken things before for my sciatica with not the greatest results so I am hoping this will provide relief. Anyway, this bottle contains 60 capsules which the directions say to start to take 2 capsules twice a day with food for three months, then 1 capsule twice a day after. So this one will last me 15 days. I haven't taken it long enough to see a big difference but am hoping to see some progress after the two weeks. I like that it's easy to take and natural ingredients. If you suffer from the aggravating pain like I do, please at least give these a try. So far so good, have not experienced any negative side effects. I do recommend....
I have suffered all my life with sciatica....there are times it is pretty unbearable. I have not been taking this long, but did start taking it just as the directions say, and already am feeling a bit of relief. My husband says I do not toss and turn as much as I usually do and I feel like I actually got a good night's sleep a few times since taking. It's something I will definitely buy again!
I was skeptical, but decided to try this product anyway. I fell 30 years ago on a concrete floor so back pain was a given, but within the past year I've experienced numbness down my left leg at odd times. I can't gauge the amount of pain because I've become used to it, but a specialist suggested spinal shots. Temporary. Since I've been using Sciaticare, the numbness is not as often & the back pain is more tolerable. Take after a meal, but I started slow, as directed, & am carefully working up to required doses as I have a sensitivity to new meds. So far, so good.
I recently received the nutritional supplement Sciaticare to try, which they say reduces sciatic nerve pain relief. I have a chronic pain disorder and and spinal stenosis and other issues which cause nerve pain throughout my body especially my arms and legs. I have only used this product for a short while but I did find minimal nerve pain relief, and it made me feel much calmer, which I think can help with nerve pain but by no means eliminate it, at least in my case. It is a 30 day supply and it contains B1, B6, B12 and magnesium in very high allowances. I will continue to use it as they say to start with 2 capsules twice daily for 3 months and then go down to 1 capsule after that. I will update results after continued usage of the supplement.
This review is for a supplement called Sciaticare. It is a nutritional support supplement for sciatic nerve health. The capsules appear to be double zero size and I have included a picture of the capsule with the bottle. It says to take for three months. I have only been taking these for about ten days and have only had a little bit of relief. I would recommend taking these because the bottle says to take for three months and if taken the full amount of time, it might make a lot of difference in your pain level. I will update this review if I continue to get more relief from them. The pain relief I have had seems related to inflammation. It seems to lessen that enough to take some of the edge off of my pain. This supplement has a lot of good ingredients in it that could be really helpful with a little more time. If directions are followed it is a fifteen day supply. There are thirty doses in this bottle. You will take two, twice daily.
I would suffer from sciatica pain attacks while I slept but since I stated taking the supplements I had not had an episode since. I have been taking the supplements for a week now, they do prevent pain attacks. The supplement capsules are like any other supplement capsule that I've taken. It's a capsule filled with a powder with no particular taste. I would recommend taking with water or juice.
