Took long to get in but seems to be helpful

I have arthritis in my knees and back so i am in pain 24/7. It does not get rid of 100% of my pain but it does help. On a scale of 1 to 10 my pain is usually a 8 every day, the first day of using this my pain was probably a 6.5. Not saying that you would get the same results but this helped me.

We were very excited to get to try out this magnesium cream, since my husband currently had an injured foot. The cream seems to have many health benefits and many minerals. My husband used it on his injured foot when he had soreness for relief. We will continue to use it and recommend it for muscle cramps and soreness.

I like using this after a workout and after a shower. It's virtually odor free, which is an added bonus. The pump bottle makes it eady to use and a small pea size amount which makes application easy by enabling you to use the desired amount and eliminating waste. I'm glad l found this product to relieve muscle soreness and will continue using it.

I have been getting knee pain and leg cramps for about two months. I just started using this cream, and have noticed that my knee hurts less and I have not had any instances of leg cramps as yet. I have read about the benefits of magnesium, and I am going to keep using this product to help my joints even after the pain goes away to help keep it from returning.

Since I've been using this cream the frequent leg cramps that have bothered me for years seem to have eased off some. They are not completely gone but are definitely less frequent than they used to be. I cannot speak to muscle soreness as this is not an issue for me, nor can I speak to it as a sleep aide as I usually don't have a problem sleeping. But if you have leg cramps it would be worth trying in my opinion.

I've been using the magnesium cream to help w/ my aching neck since it's cold and dry outside. It's been sore and tight for the past few weeks and this has helped me tremendously. I am able to put it on at night to relax and then drift off into a deep sleep afterward. The cream doesn't have any fragrance but offers a light cooling sensation when you use it as it's absorbed into the skin. I hate any products like this that offer a strong smell. Those usually irritate my skin, but this one doesn't. The cream is light like a lotion. It absorbs into the skin well so you're not sticky after use. I apply it liberally and often. It did take a bit to work, but it's a more natural option. I've read magnesium is best taken as a pill or absorbed through the skin. So this is a great option to help you get relief from soreness or cramps. I highly recommend this product to those who have sore muscles and want relief. It's a quality product!

We are still waiting to get a cramp, so we can try the cream. Sounds like a good idea. Sorry I haven't responded. The product hasn't been used, so I gave it a medium grade. Sorry if my review is too short, but I don't have much to say since I haven't tried it. No cramps, no use, so far.

I received the Mag Cream magnesium cream from Spark Reviewer. This cream is not oily and it absorbs into the skin fairly quickly and does not stain your clothes. It works well on leg cramps and I use this cream at night for leg and toe cramps. I was surprised how it helped with sore muscles after working in the yard or doing heavy housecleaning especially in my neck area. It didn't do much for my backache though. I can't say it is odorless but it does not have a perfume smell to it either. I would recommend it to everyone for mild stiffness and soreness as well as leg cramps.

I have used this product for 5 days on a sore muscle in the hip. I see no improvement as a result of using the cream. This is a shame. The cream is so easy to apply, and leaves the skin very soft. I have used another brand of a magnesium cream on my cramping feet and legs, and it has worked, but takes a few days. Since there are very sketchy details in how to use this product, how often it can be applied, I may be missing something with this magnesium cream. I wish I could recommend it.
