Works for me!
I can't take melatonin since it makes me a bear to deal with the next day. I tried these for the past week and not only does it gently help prepare me for bedtime, I don't wake up in the middle of the night like I had before for a couple hours each night.. They also taste pleasant. I will make this part of my normal bedtime ritual

My sleep issues are larger than these gummies, they helped me fall a asleep but not sta asleep. I do think they are a great option for natural sleep aid.

Taste so good and work great!
Whenever I take these, I sleep all night and never wake up. They really help me get to sleep and I stay asleep. They also taste SO good! I suck on them and keep them in my mouth as long as o can because they are like candy. Just ran out of them and will definitely be buying. Glad they have no melatonin in them!

finally restful sleep without melatonin
slept through those rough hours almost every night muddle through ao boring nothing to do. Realize it's just 1 night but working for me 1 night is a big deal. So many places I read that melatonin should not be in your sleep aid but rather foods such as fish and nuts are decent sources. Try this and see results like we did.

For the price it's worth a try, good taste
This did not work for my son unfortunately, it actually kept him awake longer. i had to resort to a melatonin because it was 1am and he had school the next day! I know that wont happen to everyone...it was just his system im sure (like me and NiQuil). I will give them to my sister to try for her kids. He LOVED the taste and ask me to find gummy candy that taste that good 😂 I however thought the flavor was ok with a strange after taste, but seems the kids love them.

Not a good match
Wish I had known that the little gummies had a sugar coating as I would not have bought them. I understand sugar might be added to the ingredients for flavoring but it is not needed as a coating. I was looking for something Melatonin free but the gummies didn't work for me.
