Preferred
Cannot speak to whether the contents are delivering the level of supplementation suggested by the label since I am not a scientist, nor am I having tests to make that determination. However, I have to, I guess, hope for the best. But, since I hate capsules, I end up not taking them. These are chewable and flavored, they are more like a treat, so I take them daily. Something is better than nothing, no matter the net result.
