Works ok
I have a high tolerance for medication so I have to take 5 of these to work for me, but I think they help for the most part. I think whether you've had anything to eat or not affects it too, maybe better if you've had a little something over nothing at all.

these are great
i was totally surprised that just 2 of these small gummies help me go right to sleep. the other melatonin takes much longer to work for me. they taste good, only 15 calories for 2 and a good price considering it's 60 servings/2 months if you use them every night, which i do.
