MY DEGUS LOVE THIS. THEY ARE 9 YEARS OLD AND AVE LIFE SPAN ONLY 5 TO 8 YEARS SO OBVIOUSLY THIS FOOD IS MEETING ALOT OF THEIR NUTRITIONAL NEEDS. I DO SUPPLEMENT WITH TIMOTHY GRASS, ORGANIC ROSE PETALS, HIP, LEAVES, STEMS, AND DRIED HERBS LIKE SWEET BASIL.

My guinea pigs like this brand best. The variety of grains and treats with the Timothy Hay really excites them.

It comes with vitamins so I dont have to buy extra vitamins. The guinea pigs love it

It's a good food but when a smaller bag was ordered and it was checked to be instock theres no reason it should have been substituted unless a price match was done.

Although the grocery pickers do a pretty decent job on shopping for me and my family members. I do have to add that they need to pay a little bit more attention when substituting food items. I ordered ice cream sandwiches and instead of just substituting neopoltin for the vanilla I ordered. Instead substituted ice cream sandwiches that were weight watchers ice cream. More expensive and didn't care for the taste, I mean I'm eating ice cream (ordered 5 boxes total) dieting is not my concern. I gave the $8 box away. Compared to $2.89 a box.

Eye candy. I try to get it at Walmart as often as possible because it's the cheapest. I rescued 18 Guinea Pigs dumped in a vacant lot. 7 were pregnant. I've been finding them homes. I'm down to 24. I just don't get near Walmart very often. But the manufacturers insist on putting stuff in there to make people think they're giving something different, "good" stuff to their pets. It's bunk. They won't eat the corn, oats, other seeds, some of the big colored chunks. I used to get a kind with banana chips. I only had one Guinea Pig who would eat them! One male I have now always eats every single pellet and leaves all the seeds, which I give to the chickens. He's a gentleman. He never dumps his food. His "mess" is in one corner of his cage. People don't realize how much money they are wasting because most people don't have chickens cleaning up behind their Guinea Pigs or other small pets.
