My birds won't eat anything else but this brand.
It's the only egg food my parakeets will eat. They are three years old love their egg food. I give it to them along with a good quality, birdseed, fresh vegetables, and plenty of freshwater. healthy babies!
I have used this food for many years. it's good for birds that are sick or molting. is most important for any birds that have offspring it's higher in protein, which they need and it's easier for the parents to feed to the babies. before this was around, people would use fresh egg and sometimes people still do.. the risk however of diseases such as salmonella or even bird-related diseases, is rather high compared to this dry food supplement.

The product sounds like a good idea, but none of my birds will eat it. I've tried over and over again, solo and mixed with other food. Good for some birds, but unfortunately not mine
